Montreal Pilates Total Gym Exercise demonstration done on the Classic Gts machine.
This Total Gym Pilates Exercise can also be done on the classic home version of the TotalGym, but you do need pulley "extenders". These "extenders" are needed to attach both pulley handles together to increase tension without having to incline the machine too much.
The accessory allows for a full range of movement when attempting this TotalGym Pilates Exercise.
The obliques with be engaged in this exercise if the participant keeps there arms as extended anteriorly as possible.
